I left Islam simply because science and history clearly contradict everything written in a hateful death book called the Quran. I also support rights for women, children, gays, atheists, Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Christians, Polytheists, Jews, people of opposing views, etc as long as they are peaceful. I oppose both physical and mental slavery. I support democracy and I respect life. Islam is not compatible with a civilized society. It's main goal is to force all to submit and to kill anybody who gets in its way. I am so sad that I wasted 15 years of my life thinking I am a muslim until I began to investigate the truth on my own after my best friend and her parents who left Islam taught me about Atheism and the truth about Islam. I cannot believe my parents are still Muslims when they are actually good peaceful people. I don't think they have actually ever read the Quran and the Hadiths in their entirety or studied anything in history or science because if they did they would not remain Muslims. I feel bad for them and I will try to teach them and my brothers the best I can so they can also free their minds. Luckily my brothers already are beginning to doubt Islam and they are pretty liberal dating outside of Islam and living modern lives. I will just help them leave completely as I did and then try to reach my parents and more family members. I know know I will never call myself a Muslim and when I get married and have children I will do everything in my power to educate them and prevent them from joining this evil brainwashing cult called Islam. Thank you sites like wikiislam and faithfreedom. You are heros fighting an important war for freedom and peoples minds. Please never give up and do not let these Islamists intimidate you in anyway. They are already losing. Thank you for posting my story!
