Farsideology: How big is big?

An Arabian Fairytale -- a 90 foot (27.43 m) Adam
A very readable article on size and weight of biological systems can found at
http://smccd.net/accounts/goth/MainPages/Scaling/Scaling.htm
In the book Gulliver's Travels the Brobdingnagians were 10 times larger than humans while the Lilliputian were 12 times smaller. The article discusses the physical problems of the Brobdingnagians and the Lilliputions.
The article highlights the weight problem of the Brobdingnagians . . .
The problems of the Brobdingnagians are also very serious. As they were 10 times taller (and 10 times deeper and 10 times wider) than Gulliver, they would have 1000 times the mass, so a male would weigh 73000 kg or 80 tons!
If Adam were 90 feet high, he would be 15 times taller and would have 3375 times the mass a normal male.
His weight would be an astonishing 246 375 kg or 270 tons!
