Abu Hurrairah (R) from our Nabi (S.A.W.) "When you drink water do not drink it all at once, for if you do so, it will cause a pain in your chest." Image:Farsideology_9-sick.gif

Anas Ibn Malik (R) quotes the Nabi (S.A.W.) as saying: Image:Farsideology_bek161.gif "Drink your water in three (3) breaths, for by drinking so, you will quench your thirst well. You will save food and you will remain healthy.

From other Hadith we learn that our Nabi (S.A.W.) discouraged standing and drinking water. Our Ulema are of the opinion that by drinking water whilst standing, pain will be caused in the stomach, except for 3 kinds of water. Image:Farsideology_wow1.gif
