The significance of 19 in Tarot Cards is clear and startling as given by the following passage:
'19' is often connected with abuse of power . . . with public service. This is usually a political power in the broadest sense, ranging from power over a small group to power over millions. This number indicates a twisting of power for selfish reasons, to the harm of others.
