Farsideology: String and Wind Instruments

Abu Umamah (ra) narrates: The Prophet said, Allah has sent me as a mercy to the universe and as a guidance to the universe, and my Lord, Who is Great and Glorious, has commanded me to annihilate stringed instruments, wind instruments, idols, crosses and pre-Islamic customs. My Lord, Who is Great and Glorious has sworn, "By My might, none of My servants will drink a mouthful of wine without My giving him a similar amount of pus to drink, but he will not abandon it through fear of Me without My giving him drink from the holy tanks." Which number best explains the meaning of the clause, " my Lord, . . , has commanded me to annihilate stringed instruments, wind instruments, idols, crosses and pre-Islamic customs."
Muhammad had an acute case of staurophobia, the fear of crosses or the crucifix.
Muhammad suffered from Hellenologophobia, the fear of Greek terms such as democracy (a pre-Islamic custom).
Every time Muhammad saw an idol of Buddha, he experienced a severe episode of theophobia, the fear of gods.
After years of telling people not to wear strings around their necks to ward off the evil eye, Muhammad developed linonophobia, the fear of string. Obviously, he had to annihilate stringed instruments.

The howling sand storms of the Arabian Desert caused Muhammad to develop the affliction ancraophobia, the fear of wind. The wind instruments had to go.
