According to multiple sources, Muhammad had many wives and concubines.
- Mohammed married 15 women and consummated his marriages with 13. (al-Tabari vol.9 p.126-127)

According to MW, a concubine is "a woman with whom a man cohabits without being married: as a: one having a recognized social status in a household below that of a wife".
