This page lists all of the nations where it has been confirmed that websites that are critical of Islam have been censored. All countries listed have banned Faith Freedom International unless otherwise specified. Other websites are listed where applicable. [edit] Related News Incidents involving Web Freedom

  • Afghanistan: Perwiz Kambakhsh, 24, a reporter with the Afghan Jahan-e Now daily, was sentenced to death in January 2008. Kambakhsh was arrested and imprisoned for downloading and distributing an Iranian article from the Internet that said the Prophet Mohammad had ignored the rights of women.[1] He was freed in September 2009.
